The Hospitality Ministry is the front door of Transformation Church. We create a welcoming environment where every guest and member feels seen, valued, and at home. From the parking lot to the sanctuary, our goal is simple: love people well and help remove every barrier that could keep someone from encountering God.

What We Do
Welcome & Greeting

Warmly welcome guests and members as they arrive

Provide direction to seating, restrooms, children’s ministry, and more

Help first-time visitors feel comfortable and supported
Guest Experience

Assist with visitor information and next steps

Answer questions about the church, service flow, and programs

Create an environment that feels organized, friendly, and peaceful
Ushers & Seating

Help with seating and maintaining smooth service flow

Support during offering, altar call, and transitions

Provide assistance to families, seniors, and anyone needing support
Special Services & Events

Support conferences, outreach events, celebrations, and seasonal programs

Setup/teardown support as needed

Many roles can be scheduled on a rotation to fit your availability, especially for Sunday services and special events.
